IP Whitelist

When accessing the Cryptoracle API, the system only accepts requests originating from IP addresses included in your pre-configured whitelist. This mechanism enhances security by ensuring only trusted sources can interact with the API.

You may submit multiple trusted IP addresses to Cryptoracle, and only requests from those addresses will be processed. Requests from all other sources will be denied.

Configuration Instructions

  • How to submit: Send an email to prddev@cryptoracle.network with the IP addresses you wish to whitelist.

  • Activation time: Changes typically take 1–2 business days to take effect after submission.

  • Modification: To add or remove IPs in the future, repeat the same email submission process.

⚠️ Be sure your server's outbound IP is correctly configured in the whitelist to avoid connection issues.
